We provide affordable counselling for people in our community who are facing financial difficulties, in addition to our sliding scale payment options. Our Low Cost Counselling program is run by Graduate Intern Counsellors who are currently finishing their education at accredited universities in Canada. They have the skills needed to help you achieve your goals using approaches that have been proven to work.
Our Student Counsellors are here for 8-12 months and have a Registered Clinical Counsellor supervising them weekly. You can choose to have sessions online or in person.
Please note: Many insurance plans don't cover counselling with Student Counsellors, but some may provide reimbursement for sessions with them if they are supervised by a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Canadian Certified Counsellor. Check with your insurance provider to see if your plan offers this coverage.
