individual EMDRIA Consultation

Consultation for EMDR therapy can be conducted either online through Zoom or in-person at Providence Therapy offices in Vancouver BC.

‍For certification in EMDR, EMDRIA requires a minimum of 20 hours of consultation, and a maximum of 10 hours can be earned in a group setting. Christen McCallum, as an EMDR certified therapist can provide all 20-hours towards certification.

Individual Consultation:

You can easily join from anywhere using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
The consultation is designed to help you refine your skills, build a foundation for your case conceptualization using the AIP model, and solidify your understanding of Basic EMDR Protocol.
EMDRIA Certification consultation is open to any practitioner who has completed an EMDRIA approved basic training in EMDR Therapy, and the frequency is based on individual needs.
The cost is $185 per consultation hour or $740 + GST for a package of 5 sessions.
Secure online platforms offer PIPA compliance for sharing case files and EMDR resources, and the consultation hours count towards EMDRIA Certification.

Individual Consultation:

You can participate in consultations with Christen McCallum either online through Zoom or in-person at the Providence Therapy offices in Vancouver, BC. This allows you to join from anywhere using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. During the consultations, you can learn about alternate protocols for EMDR and how to deal with unique situations, dissociative parts, and complex trauma.

Additionally, you can integrate Parts Work into understanding your complex cases, with a foundation of Internal Family System Therapy when working with parts and structural dissociation. The frequency of consultations is based on individual needs, with a fee of $185 per consultation hour or $740 + GST per package of 5 sessions. The secure online platforms used offer PIPA compliance for sharing case files and EMDR resources. Please note that the hours do not count towards EMDRIA Certification.

Private Practice & Business Consultation

Consultation regarding Setting up a Group or single private practice or Lens Neurofeedback Clinic

Consultation is available either online through Zoom meetings or in-person at the Providence Therapy offices in Vancouver, BC.
Whether you're starting a group or a single private practice or a Lens Neurofeedback Clinic, we can help you out.
Receive valuable tips and tricks on how to successfully set up and grow your practice.
If you're unsure about how to register your business, what type of insurance you need, or how to manage your expenses, let us assist you.
We can also help with staff onboarding and marketing strategies.
If you already have things mostly sorted but still have a few specific questions, we're happy to lend a hand.
If you're interested in practice management software but not sure where to start, we can offer guidance.

Consultation sessions are priced at $185 per hour + GST, and we use secure online.

OEI Level 1 Seminar &
Level 2 Consultation Hours

Want to get trained in OEI - Observed Experiential Integration Therapy?
We have you covered!

OEI Level 1 Seminars are available for groups of 6 or more facilitated by OEI Master Trainer - Debra Rapske & OEI Trainers Christen McCallum. Larger groups can also be accommodated with the additional help of OEI trainer Alysha Aubin.
Level 1 Seminars are held over 2 full days / 14 hours - $750 + GST per person.

Done your level 1 seminar and looking to get level 2 trained?
Alysha & Christen offer level 2 hours towards certification.

Level 2 hours are completed in a Dyad with two partners who can practice their skills together. Level 2 requires 10 hours of individual supervised practice, which breaks down to 20 hours per Dyad. $130 + GST per person
Level 2 fish bowl practice and consultation groups are also offered. At least 6 participants required, fish bowls run for approx. 2 hours. 1 hour of case consultation and 1 hour of practice. - $100 + GST per person

Monthly Group Consultation

EMDRIA Certification Consultation Groups

Get your certification hours in a collaborative and enriching group setting.

Consultation for this group is conducted through Zoom meetings that you can join from anywhere using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Build your local network and meet other EMDR Therapists by joining this group.
This group is open to any practitioner who has completed an EMDRIA approved basic training in EMDR Therapy.
The group meets once a month for two hours over a five-month period.
The cost of the group is $700 + GST for five months upfront or $140 + GST a month by pre-authorized credit card.
Each certification consult group running for a five-month period will provide ten hours of consultation.
Secure online platforms ensure PIPA compliance for sharing case files and EMDR resources.
Hours from the group sessions are eligible towards EMDRIA Certification.
Small group sizes allow for more individual attention.
