Research suggests that up to 50% of individuals with complex trauma (CPTSD) may not respond well to cognitive and talk therapies alone.

What you go through after experiencing trauma can be complex and confusing. No doubt, major traumatic events have a significant impact, but what we often don't realize is how the smaller, ongoing experiences - those "little t traumas" - can sneak in and become the foundation underneath many chronic mental health issues.

Book a consultation

You’ve found a therapist (or maybe 2?)! That's great! The next step is to book your free meet-and-greet consultation. This valuable first meeting allows you to ask questions, share your goals, and make sure the therapist is the right match before beginning therapy. We offer this requirement to ensure your first paid session is focused on your care.

To book, simply click the “Book Online” button to view your therapist’s online availability, select a consultation, and pick a time that suits you. You’ll receive an email confirmation and helpful reminders.

Book Your First Session!

After your consultation, if it seems like a good fit, your therapist will either help you schedule sessions during the call, or you can opt to book them online. Just click the "Book Online" button to view your therapist's online booking calendar. Choose a time that suits you, and you'll get an email confirmation along with reminders for your upcoming session. Rather book through a real person? Our client care team is also available to help you with booking or rescheduling appointments through our contact page.

Feel Better!

You can meet your therapist either in person at our cozy Vancouver offices located at 718-744 West Hastings Street, or online via the Jane App software. If you're coming to the office, just buzz 718 to gain entry. For online sessions, you'll receive a link about an hour before your appointment. Just ensure you have a private, comfortable space and a good internet connection, and you’ll be all set!

If you're a returning client and it's been less than six months since your last session, feel free to book your appointment with your therapist, whether in person or online, without needing a consultation.

However, if it's been over six months since your last session, please schedule a consultation to ensure your therapist has availability in their practice for your return. See you soon!

How to clone into other project?

  • Press "Ctrl + E" or "Cmd + E" in the Designer and enable "Select on-page element".

  • Search for the class named, "Cloneable Area".

  • Copy the element inside this container to your own project.

  • Rename the classes accordingly if they are clashing with your project.

  • Ensure custom code from the in-page setting has been copied into your project as well (if there's any).

  • 'Page Trigger' interaction can't be copied directly. You can only clone the whole project, or rebuild it.
    A simple trick to copy the 'Page Trigger' interaction into another project is as below:

    1. Create a dummy element.
    2. Apply any type of 'Element trigger' into the dummy element and select the 'Page Trigger' animation.
    3. Copy the dummy element with the animations applied into your new project.
    4. The animation should have been copied into your project and you can reapply the 'Page Trigger' animation into your project.
