User Fees can be submitted to extended insurance for additional coverage.

* Please note that all session fees are due in full at the end of each visit and a receipt will be issued. Telehealth fees are due at the beginning of each visit. Payment can be made by cheque, e-transfer, debit, or credit card. *

Providence maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations after the 48-hour period will result in a charge of the full fee for sessions missed/cancelled.

If you have extended health benefits, your session fees may be covered or partially covered. Please check with your insurance provider to see if they’ll reimburse you for your work with a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker, or Registered Psychologist.
