Accessibility
At Providence Therapy, we believe that access to quality care should be as straightforward as possible. Below you'll find information about the different ways we work to make our services accessible.
Direct Billing ( Coming December 2026 )
Providence Therapy is pleased to offer direct billing for a number of insurance providers, meaning we submit your claim on your behalf so you only pay any amount not covered by your plan at the time of your session. Please reach out to our admin team to find out if your provider is supported, or ask us during your consultation call.
Community Supports & Third-Party Coverage
Many of our practitioners are registered providers with a number of third-party programs, including CVAP, ICBC, FNHA, Veterans Affairs, Autism Funding, Métis Nation Services, and WorkSafeBC. If you are eligible for funding through one of these programs, please let us know, and we can confirm whether your therapist is a registered provider.
Neurofeedback Packages
We understand that some treatments require more time to see meaningful results.
To support clients working through a longer course of neurofeedback, we offer package pricing:
Packages may be shared with immediate family members. Unused sessions cannot be reimbursed but may be transferred.
Financial Accessibility
We recognize that cost can be a barrier to accessing care. Some of our therapists offer adjusted rates on a case-by-case basis depending on individual circumstances and availability. If financial accessibility is a consideration for you, we encourage you to raise this during your consultation call, and we will do our best to find a good fit.
Physical & Sensory Accessibility
Our clinic is located on the second floor of our building at Suite 210 – 1669 West 3rd Avenue, Vancouver. The building is equipped with elevator access.
We also aim to maintain a low-sensory environment throughout our space. Each office is equipped with dimmable lighting, and our clinic is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with low traffic, allowing for a calm and comfortable experience for all clients.
If you have any specific accessibility needs, please don't hesitate to let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Payment
All session fees are due in full at the end of each appointment unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing between you and your counsellor before your session. We accept many forms of payment, including debit, cash, cheque, and all major credit cards.
Press "Ctrl + E" or "Cmd + E" in the Designer and enable "Select on-page element".

Search for the class named, "Cloneable Area".

Copy the element inside this container to your own project.
Rename the classes accordingly if they are clashing with your project.
Ensure custom code from the in-page setting has been copied into your project as well (if there's any).
'Page Trigger' interaction can't be copied directly. You can only clone the whole project, or rebuild it.
A simple trick to copy the 'Page Trigger' interaction into another project is as below:
1. Create a dummy element.
2. Apply any type of 'Element trigger' into the dummy element and select the 'Page Trigger' animation.
3. Copy the dummy element with the animations applied into your new project.
4. The animation should have been copied into your project and you can reapply the 'Page Trigger' animation into your project.
If you have further inquiry or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Lastly, please do not copy this project and claim it as your own. We wish to continue sharing and giving to the community. In order to do so, we will need your cooperation and full support. Thank you very much,
