Because growing as a clinician is some of the most important work you'll ever do.
why you might be here
Whether you're a newer clinician working toward a certification or supervision hours, an experienced therapist wanting to deepen your skills in a specific modality, a practitioner navigating a complex case that deserves more than one perspective, or someone ready to take the leap into private or group practice, you're in the right place. Professional growth in this field doesn't stop when you graduate, and finding the right mentorship, training, and consultation can make an enormous difference in both the quality of your clinical work and the sustainability of your career.
At Providence, we've built something we're genuinely proud of, and we want to share what we've learned. Our team includes seasoned clinicians with specialized training, formal consultation credentials, and real experience building thriving practices. We offer professional services that are rigorous, relational, and grounded in the same values that shape our clinical work: depth, integrity, and a genuine investment in what's possible.
how therapy helps
Providence's professional services bring together a range of offerings designed to meet clinicians where they are in their development. Our team includes three certified OEI trainers offering both Level 1 & Level 2 OEI training, and skill-enhancing fishbowl seminars, for providers seeking to integrate this powerful trauma modality into their practice.
Christen McCallum is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Consultant offering EMDRIA-approved consultation hours for therapists working toward their EMDR certification, bringing her depth of experience as both a clinician and a trainer to the consultation relationship.
Beyond modality-specific training, we offer clinical consultation for complex cases and niche populations, drawing on the collective expertise of a team with specialized experience across trauma, couples, neurofeedback, perinatal mental health, first responder populations, and more.

Observed Experiential Integration, or OEI, is a trauma-focused psychotherapy approach developed by Dr. Rick Bradshaw and Audrey Cook. It works directly with bilateral brain processing and the body's held experience of trauma, and is particularly well suited to complex and treatment-resistant trauma presentations. Providence has three certified OEI trainers on our team offering both Level 1 and Level 2 training for clinicians who want to add this modality to their practice. Training is appropriate for registered or provisionally registered mental health professionals with a foundational understanding of trauma-informed care.
Christen is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Consultant, which means she is approved to provide the consultation hours required for therapists pursuing EMDR certification through EMDRIA. Consultation can be offered individually or in small groups and covers case conceptualization, protocol application, working with complex trauma, and the integration of EMDR with other therapeutic approaches. If you are working toward your EMDR certification and are looking for a consultant who brings both clinical depth and genuine enthusiasm for the work, we'd love to connect.
Our clinicians bring specialized experience across a range of populations and presentations, including complex trauma, couples and relational work, perinatal mental health, first responders and veterans, neurodivergent clients, and more. Consultation is available for clinicians who are working with cases that feel beyond their current scope or who want a more experienced perspective on a specific presentation. Sessions are collaborative, non-hierarchical, and focused on what will actually serve the client in front of you.
We know firsthand what it takes to build a private practice and a group practice from the ground up, and we're happy to share that experience honestly. Practice consultation covers areas such as business structure, fee setting, building a referral network, developing a clinical niche, hiring and onboarding associate therapists, culture building, and the personal sustainability required to lead a practice long-term. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow what you've already built, we can offer perspective grounded in real experience.
Yes. Daniel Prince provides formal clinical supervision through registered affiliate bodies for provisionally licensed clinicians. Supervision at Providence is relational, developmentally attuned, and genuinely invested in your growth as a clinician rather than simply fulfilling an administrative requirement. Reach out to discuss availability and to find out whether we are the right fit for your supervision needs.
Reach out to us directly through our contact page or by emailing the clinic. We'll connect you with the right person depending on what you're looking for and discuss availability, format, and fees from there. We're a warm team and we're genuinely glad when other clinicians find their way to us.
